Pricing, Hourly Rates and Minimum charge differ depending on the service type required. Please contact us if you need to clarify.

PRIVATE CLIENTS

Domestic Cleaning $65 + GST per hour (Minimum 2 hr clean)

• We provide all product and equipment
• All staff are Police Checked and Fully Insured
• We do not sub contact staff, all cleaners are employees of WCM Services.

Lawn Mowing $70 + GST per hour (Minimum 2 hour charge)

Carpentry from $85 + GST per hour (Minimum 2 hour charge)

NDIS

Pricing in line with NDIS Price guide.

Note: No GST charged

Home Maintenance & Modifications - Quotation Required

• We provide all product and equipment
  - All staff are Police Checked, and Fully Insured
  - Service agreement and Support Plans provided
  - Invoices forwarded to Support Coordinators / NDIA or Plan Managers as requested
  - We do not sub contact staff, all cleaners are employees of WCM Services
  - Pricing is in line with the current NDIS price schedule
  * Travel is charged as allowed under the NDIS pricing guide. Our staff are entitled to and paid travel costs under the Cleaning Services Award.

AGED CARE / iCARE PARTICIPANTS / REHABILLITATION

Domestic Cleaning $65+GST per hour, travel fee of $1.00 per km, plus travel time. (Minimum 1 hour clean)

Lawn Mowing & Gardening $70+GST per hour, travel fee of $1.00 per km, plus travel time. (Minimum 1.5 hour service)

DVA CLIENTS

As per Household Services Determination
